We offer safe, reliable transport to the 36ONE MTB Challenge in Oudtshoorn. No boxing required. Your bike stays fully assembled and race-ready from collection to drop-off.

Pre-Race Bike Collection

• Collection Date: Monday, 19 May 2025
• Bikes must be dropped off at your selected location before close of business.
• Exact drop-off times will be confirmed in the event WhatsApp group.

Delivery to Oudtshoorn

• Delivery Date: Thursday, 22 May 2025
• Your bike will be ready for pickup at the race village the day before the event.
• Alternative arrangements will be communicated via WhatsApp if necessary.

Post-Race Bike Return

• Event Dates: 23–25 May 2025
• Bikes will be collected from the finish line immediately after the race on Sunday.
• Return Delivery: 26–27 May 2025, depending on your location.
• WhatsApp updates will notify you once bikes are ready for pickup.

Drop-Off Points

• Pretoria – Secure hand-in point
• Johannesburg North – Confirmed drop-off site
• Bloemfontein – Regional partner location

Important Notes

• Bring your ID or driver’s license when collecting your bike.
• Save Fred Hoffmann – 071 231 2177 – for real-time WhatsApp updates.
• Bikes not collected directly from Fred will be returned to your selected shop. A wash and lube service may be applied at your cost.
• Hoffies does not provide insurance – please ensure your bike is covered.
• We are not liable for third-party handling or damage from shop collections.
