We provide safe, reliable transport to the 947 Ride Joburg from across South Africa. No boxing required. Your bike stays fully assembled and race-ready from pickup to drop-off.

Pre-Race Bike Collection

• Collection Date: Wednesday, 6 November 2025 (Cape Town & Bloemfontein)
  Friday, 8 November 2025 (Pretoria & Johannesburg)
• Bikes must be dropped off at your selected hub before close of business.
• Exact drop-off windows will be confirmed in the event WhatsApp group.usually before 10am on Collection deadline day

Delivery to Johannesburg

• Delivery Date: Wednesday, 14 November 2025
• Your bike will be available for pickup at our Joburg depot or designated race site drop zone.
• Updates and changes will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

Post-Race Bike Return

• Event Dates: 15–17 November 2025
• Bikes will be collected after the race on Sunday, 17 November.
• Return Delivery: 20–21 November 2025, depending on your location.
• Notifications will be sent once bikes are ready for collection.

• Pretoria – Main collection hub
• Johannesburg North – Dunkeld Cycles
• Bloemfontein – Fasttrack Cycles
• Cape Town – To bespecified by Customer

Important Notes

• Bring your ID or driver’s license when collecting your bike.
• Save Fred Hoffmann – 071 231 2177 – for WhatsApp updates.
• Bikes not collected from Fred directly will be returned to your selected shop. Optional wash/lube may be applied at your cost if requested.
• Hoffies is comprehensively insured during transit to and from the event during the event Insurance will be your resposibility .
• We are not liable for third-party handling or shop handovers.
