Pre-Race Collection

• Bike collection happens approximately 3 days before the event as per the collection and delivery schedule on the Booking page.


• Drop your bike off OR choose Free Home Collection at your selected time slot before close of business (COB).


• All exact times and updates will be communicated via the event WhatsApp group.

Delivery to Attakwas Extreme

• Bikes are delivered to the official race village 1_2 day before the event.


• We will confirm delivery and hand-over details via WhatsApp as the event approaches.

Post-Race Return

• After the finish, bikes will be collected from the post-race collection point.


• Return delivery will take place as per your booking and region.


• WhatsApp updates will confirm when your bicycle is ready for pickup or delivered to your home.

Important Info

• Please bring your ID or driver’s licence when collecting your bike.


• Save Fred Hoffmann’s contact: 071 231 2177 – all communication will be via WhatsApp.


• Bikes not collected directly from Fred or delivered to your home will be taken to the nearest listed partner bike shop, where a wash & lube fee may apply.


• Hoffies is comprehensively insured during all transport to and from the event.


• We are not liable for shop-handling or third-party damage.
