Pre-Race Collection

• Bicycle collection takes place approximately 3 days before the event, as per the collection and delivery schedule on the booking page.
• Bicycles must be dropped off before close of business (COB) on Wednesday, 6 March 2027 at your selected bike shop.
• Exact times and updates will be communicated via the event WhatsApp group.

Delivery to the Cape Town Cycle Tour

• Bicycles will be ready for collection at the P4 Bicycle Transport Area from Thursday, 11 March 2027 to race day.
• We will confirm delivery and collection details via WhatsApp closer to the event.

Post-Race Return

• After the race, bicycles will be collected from the P4 Bicycle Transporters Area.
• Return delivery will take place as per your booking and selected region.
• WhatsApp updates will confirm when your bicycle is ready for collection or has been delivered to your home.
