It’s one of the country’s most iconic and challenging endurance events, demanding precision, pacing, and teamwork. With tight timelines and travel logistics, the last thing you want is to stress about transporting your bike.

Pre-Race Collection

• Bike collection takes place +/- 3days before the event as per collection and delivery schedule specified on the Bokking page
• Drop or Free home collecction off your bike at your selected location and time slot before close of business (COB).
• Exact times and updates will be shared via the event WhatsApp group.

Delivery to the Double Century

• Bikes will be delivered to the race village 1 day before the event starts.
• We’ll confirm delivery and pickup details via WhatsApp closer to the event.

Post-Race Return

• After the Race, bikes will be collected at the bike transporter area.
• Return delivery will be completed as specified on your booking after the event, depending on your region.
• WhatsApp updates will confirm when your bike is ready for pickup or has been delivered to you home

Important Info

• Bring your ID or driver’s license when collecting your bike.
• Save Fred Hoffmann’s contact: 071 231 2177 – all updates will be via WhatsApp.
• Bikes not collected directly from Fred or delivered to your home will be returned to your closest bike shop listed with Hoffies, where a wash & lube fee may apply.
• Hoffies is comprehensivly Insured during transit to and from the event
• We are not liable for third-party damage or shop handling.
